Another illustration done for others... this time this was done for 3dtotal's latest book Digital Painting Techniques: Volume 8 (ordering link and preview of the book you can check below) . I did a tutorial on designing a space pirate character and I explained in detail the whole progress, from sketching to making an illustration with the character. I also explained on how I use Adjustment layers and my painting progress. My tutorial is 8 pages long, so I explained lots of stuff. XD There are many awesome artists and tutorials in the book also, so check the book preview on the bottom link if you're interested

Excellent piece! Should be a HEAVY METAL cover!
Awesome-looking character - I can see her in some kind of swashbuckling adventure story, or maybe something cyberpunk.
Congrats on the DD
Congrats on the DD
He looks like a thief or a hero but if not either then just what do you call him? Or does it really matter in a gallivant across the galaxy
Nice work! Congrats on the DD
Well.... if she's in orbit then she's actually experiencing about 90% gravity. Just zero Gs
That cape and hair in zero gravity...
Looks like The Rocketeer, but in space
I love the retro feel.
Congratulations on your Daily Deviation!
